I was dubious when I first ordered the Earl Grey tea - worried that the price was too good to be true (based on what other vendors were selling it for at the time) or that the tea would be outdated and stale. I was delighted to discover that it is the exact same tea as you get in the Starbuck stores. The tea is fresh, well packaged, and with fast shipping. I've ordered the Earl Grey multiple times from PointProductsUSA with only one small issue (placed two orders, only got one). Contacted the company about the error and they immediately sent out a replacement which arrived in about two days. Very pleased with their customer service and product delivery - and you really can't beat the price. Many thanks to a good company for keeping me stocked with my favorite tea.
