I bought CANDO Gold Exercise Bands a couple of years ago and hands down CANDO BANDS are the best exercise band out there. I take a cut about 4 foot piece tie a knot on both ends put one end inside door a little extra so does not obstruct door jamb. I do very slow punches very good tricep workout. I went through 2 other brands both 50 yard boxes each box did not last 1 year. CANDO BANDS TOP OF THE CLASS IN EXERCISE BANDS!!!!!;
