You have no idea how great these are and how much you need them. I use these for so many things now, because I both store and dispense whatever I'm making. They are great for decorating, but I find I use them for evenly distributing ingredients in things like layered casseroles and cakes.Frosting, of course, but also whipped cream, mousse, lasagna ricotta, meringue, cloud pancake mix, mashed potato...even muffin and cake batter when I need to get it in all the crevases of silicone molds. Most recently I used it for chocolate sauce to evenly distribute into homemade icecream.I've always had washable canvas pastry bags, but now that I have these, I use them for so much!
