I started taking these a few months ago because I am lactose intolerant and I was concerned I wasn’t getting enough calcium. Well it turns out they helped with more than just my lack of calcium – I have had a Vitamin D deficiency for the past couple of years but last month at the doctor’s my Vitamin D tests came back higher than ever. These vitamins have been great and have helped with my overall health. I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome so supplements are a part of my daily routine but these definitely taste the best!
