I use these for my shredder in my office. i have used several types that tear easily which is not what you want with small shred, but these are the best i found. yes, you can tear them but they are pretty forgiving. one issue i've seen is that they can get skewed on the roll and can be hard to unravel I've had to tear a few and start fresh on unrolling them. i dinged a star because of this frustration. but other than the occasional hassle of straightening them out they are good. i have bought these a few times.Bags are ok. but ordered wrong item, too big for my use with home shredder. These were for much larger maybe office shredders.A lot bigger than I thought. A little on the thin side. Overall, perfect.Fits our old shredder perfectly. Awesome!!!They are difficult to insert. I wish they are more fitted.Nice size and durable.
