I went from Gator grip Jazz III, to JP Jazz picks, and have finally found the perfect pick in these. Enough grip and texture in the upper area, a vast improvement compared to the JP or Tortex or Gator, while having a glassy smooth, tapered tip that just glides over strings. Slightly larger than a JP Jazz, which is just slightly larger than a standard J-III. These are perfect.
